General Eligibility 

Unless otherwise noted within a category, nominees must:

  • Be, or be employed by, a Discover Saskatoon member organization 
  • Meet the eligibility requirements for the selected category 
  • Be nominated before the published deadline 
  • Provide enough information for adjudicators to assess the nomination 
  • Agree to the use of submitted information for Awards-related communications if selected as a finalist or recipient 

There is no geographic requirement. Member organizations located outside Saskatoon are eligible. 

Self-nominations are accepted. 

Discover Saskatoon and Saskatoon's Best Hotels reserve the right to: 

  • Request clarification or additional information 
  • Move a nomination into a more appropriate category 
  • Determine that a nomination does not meet the published criteria 
  • Decline to present an award in a category if nominations do not meet the required standard
